Do you deliver outside of the country?

Yes. We ship worldwide. The pieces go perfectly packaged to arrive safely at their destination.

What delivery service do you use?

Mainly DHL. Sometimes we deliver by Castores, FedEx, and Estafeta.

Is it included in the shipping price with the piece?

No, the service is charged separately.

Do the packs have insurance?

The insurance can contract

How long does it take to get there?

Depending on the distance, maybe 3 to 5 working days.

What kind of packing do you use?

For the more fragile pieces, we use special protection of polyurethane foam. First, it is covered by tissue paper to protect the paint, then we put together a box of wood or carton, depending on if the delivery is national or international. Finally, it is locked with polyurethane foam that it molds to the form of the piece. For the commercial pieces, we use only bubble rubber.

Do the pieces have a guarantee?

Yes, to the natural reaction of the wood, cracks, and plagues.

What is the secure value?

International- No more than USD 1,000.00 because of taxes. You can declare the real value if you want.

What forms of payment do you have?

Cash, card, transfer, and bank deposit.

What happens if the piece arrives damaged?

It is necessary to send evidence of the deficiencies of the packing if it is found that the responsibility was for the delivery or the workshop:
The piece is returned
The repair is made.
It is sent back to the customer without extra cost

Guide information

The guide number is provided to the customer to follow up on the package.
