Nahual Heart Duo

Nahual heart was born from a dialogue between Jacobo and María about affection and
how it is shown by sharing a gift. An object came to mind: the jewelry box, and
how this has always been a wooden box; a tiny container of memories, secrets and treasures.

This limited edition collection consists of brilliant hearts carved in
copal wood, embraced by each of the nahuals of the Zapotec calendar, some even
with precious applications in gold or silver leaf. Just like the jewelry boxes of our ancestors;
encapsulated in small wooden boxes, padded by a cushion woven on
a Santo Tomás Jalieza´s waist loom.

DUO consists of a loving gesture of two little nahuales, in which they coddle each other tenderly. Each piece is a love letter for your most precious being, where the delight of
loving is manifested through the exquisite details of this special production from
Jacobo and Maria Angeles Workshop
