This piece is part of the collection that commemorates the artistic and spiritual exercise: Calendar. In the Zapotec culture, the calendar is composed of 13 months integrated by 20 days. Each day is ruled by an animal, which is known as Tona, the animal assigned to you at birth for your protection.

Owl: “The great healer” because they listen and help others because with their words they heal, they are usually good friends, counselors and keep secrets very well. People under the care of the owl are wise, reserved and discreet, besides being very tender, sweet and affectionate.
