This piece is part of the collection that commemorates the artistic and spiritual exercise: Calendar. In the Zapotec culture, the calendar is composed of 13 months integrated by 20 days. Each day is ruled by an animal, which is known as Tona, the animal assigned to you at birth for your protection.

Eagle: “The spiritual power” which represents the tireless worker for peace, they are people who know what success is, they dominate their environment thanks to their calculating mind. They give themselves to love with intensity, although they are not easy to conquer.
